User-Level Training Segmentation

Training behavior can now be segmented at either the host organization or user level through backend configuration, enabling more flexible and role-based training management.

Ability to Flag Outliers on Field Surface

Users can now flag incorrect matches as outliers directly within the Field Surface. Flagged matches will either appear as “No match found” or remain visible as outliers depending on widget settings, with behavior synced across the Widget and Web App.

Ability to Adjust Matches on Field Surface

Users can now review and manually adjust product matches directly within the field surface. Updated matches are saved as trained preferences, improving future cross-referencing accuracy and giving reps more control over customer-facing reports.
