Similarity Score Threshold for SOs

Host organizations can now set a minimum similarity score for supplier options (SOs) displayed in the SO tab and considered for best match selection. This ensures higher match relevance, declutters the interface, and improves confidence in cross-referencing. The customizable threshold allows hosts to prioritize broader suggestions or matches.

Preloaded Contracts

Suppliers can now manage contract-based acquisition costs directly on the platform, eliminating repetitive uploads. Preloaded contracts ensure accurate margin calculations by automatically applying contract-specific costs. Contract names are also visible in the Customers section and reports, improving segmentation and insights.

Support for Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders

The platform now supports Shopping Cart and Purchase Order files, with integration into the Document Center for previewing, editing, and tracking. These files can be parsed in PDF and image formats, ensuring accurate data extraction and seamless workflow integration.
