Price Source Hierarchy

Users can now define a custom hierarchy for how prices are selected across Catalog, Tier, Dynamic, and Custom price sources instead of always using the lowest price. This gives organizations more control over pricing strategies across the web app and surfaces.

Rules Configuration for Dynamic Formulary Rules

Dynamic Formulary Rules now support optional condition-based configuration, allowing rules to apply only to customers who meet specific criteria, similar to existing Pricing Tier logic.
