Contract Cost API Endpoints

New API endpoints allow suppliers to create, update, and remove contract cost assignments, as well as assign contracts to customers programmatically, enabling automated and scalable contracts management.

Manufacturer-Based Training

Preference training now applies at the manufacturer level (MFG + MPN), not just the distributor level. This ensures trained preferences persist across different distributors for the same manufacturer product, enabling more consistent and scalable matching.
